The House System plays an important role in promoting the cultural and co-curricular activities of the school. The Houses plan events/ assemblies/ functions to celebrate national and religious festivals and other important days and events.

The school magazine- Sandesh, is published biannually. The first volume is released in the month of October /November and the second volume at the end of the academic session. A window into the world of RSJMS, the magazine carries interviews and reports of various cultural events and competitions held in the school and children’s work in the form of articles, poems, travelogues and artwork.
The Editorial Board comprising of students and teachers is responsible for the magazine.
