To strengthen teaching practices and enhance classroom effectiveness, regular workshops and training sessions are conducted on diverse themes such as innovative pedagogies, classroom management, inclusive education, technology integration, mental well-being, and value-based education.
During the year, our teachers participate in a series of insightful workshops including Cyber Security, Social Emotional Ethical Learning (SEEL), Capacity Building for Mathematics Teachers, POSH Policy Awareness, and Decoding NCF–FS for Classroom Practices.
Each workshop is aimed to enhance personal and professional growth, promote safe and inclusive learning environments, and equip teachers with innovative strategies that translate into meaningful learning experiences for students.
In addition, our in-house faculty, in collaboration with the Modern Institute of Education, conducts capacity-building workshops on Play-Based Pedagogy, English Language, And Literacy for teachers from NDMC and DOE schools. The sessions, held at our school premises, witness enthusiastic participation from educators representing nearly 40 schools, fostering professional exchange and collective growth across institutions.

1. Amplified Leadership Series workshop was organised by Chitkara University, Chandigarh from 26th June to 28th June 2026. Mr. Akshay Khatri, Ms. Kasvi Malhotra,and Ms. Tanya Singh from our school attended the workshop.
The program was attended by around 300 teachers and principals from various schools. The enriching sessions focused on Teachers as Leaders, Collaboration and Synergy, Communication Skills, and the Importance of Life Skills, equipping educators with tools to lead classrooms with vision and empathy. The experience shared amongst the participants was not only interactive but also informative. All three of us came back with many new ideas and concepts which could surely bring some changes in ourselves, our classrooms and staff rooms.
2. Storytelling as a PedagogicalTool by Ms. Simi Srivastava (Master Storyteller Founder Kathashala) on 24.06.2026
Through engaging demonstrations, the resource person showcased how stories can be enriched with music, voice modulation, expressions, and actions to create meaningful learning experiences for diverse learners. The session provided practical strategies for integrating storytelling into classroom teaching to introduce and reinforce concepts across subjects.
Teachers actively participated by enacting story characters and taking part in interactive activities and games designed to enhance voice modulation, expression, confidence, and presentation skills. The workshop was highly engaging and enriching, equipping teachers with creative techniques to make classroom learning more interactive, inclusive, and impactful.
3- Microsoft Workshop : Our school organized a workshop for teachers on 24th June'26 on Microsoft Tools. This workshop was designed to empower teachers with innovative Microsoft Education tools that enhance teaching, learning, and classroom engagement. Participants explored practical ways to integrate AI-powered and education-focused tools into their daily teaching practices. The sessions focused on improving teacher productivity, supporting diverse learner needs, and creating interactive learning experiences. Through hands-on activities and real classroom examples, teachers developed skills to effectively use technology in both offline and online learning environments. The program aimed to build confidence in using Microsoft tools to create more engaging, inclusive, and efficient classrooms.
4. Microsoft Elevate for Educators – AI EmpowerED: Hybrid Phase 2 Rollout
A group of teachers attended the launch event of "Microsoft Elevate for Educators – AI EmpowerED, Hybrid Phase 2 Rollout," jointly organised by Microsoft, UNESCO (South Asia Regional Office), KPMG and Tablet Academy, held on 10th July 2026 (3:00 pm – 5:00 pm) at UNESCO House, San Martin Marg, Chanakyapuri, New Delhi. The session marked the national launch of the programme being rolled out to educators across India, with implementation support from Robotex India, Juana, De Pedagogics and Piramal Foundation.
As per Microsoft's invitation, the programme aims to enhance digital teaching and learning practices, build future-ready classroom experiences, and help educators learn from Microsoft-supported professional development pathways. It also encourages educators to connect with a wider community of peers across India, explore AI-powered teaching tools and resources, and participate in a structured, three-month professional learning journey.
The speakers explained the Hybrid Phase 2 Rollout model, structured around four key milestones over three months: (1) a Digital Skills Review — a short survey to capture teachers' current digital skill levels; (2) Development of Master Teacher Trainers, where nominated teachers are upskilled to coach and mentor their colleagues; (3) Personalised Learning Pathways, where teachers complete online courses to close identified skill gaps; and (4) Introducing AI to students through courses and lessons promoting its ethical and effective use.
The workshop was informative, and well-organised, and ended by offering practical clarity on how to use Copilot for preparing lesson plans, worksheets, classroom activities and reports using clear pointers to explain our need for AI tools to get the best results.
