Founder’s Day 2017 – ‘मुसलसल इस सफ़र में’’

The school celebrated its Founder’s Day on 23rd September 2017. The Chief Guest for the occasion was Dr.Sambit Patra, National Spokesperson of Bharatiya Janta Party. In his address to the gathering he talked about the journey of life and how at every stage, life has a different meaning. Dr. Ashok Pratap Singh, President Board of Trustees, Modern Schools, also addressed the audience. The theme of the presentation ‘मुसलसल इस सफ़र में’, reflected the philosophy that education is a dynamic process which extends beyond the classroom. Students from classes 3 to 5 participated in this spectacular staging that traced the route of the famous network of roads – ‘The Silk Roads’. Through a well researched script, complemented by powerful enactment, mesmerising audio visuals, graceful dances and soulful music, the show highlighted how mankind gained from interactions on the silk roads and how various regions and cultures prospered with the help of each other rather than in isolation. The magnificent show received a standing ovation from the audience which included the distinguished guests, parents and grandparents.
