FOUNDER’S DAY 2018 ‘रश्मिरथी’

Raghubir Singh Junior Modern School celebrated its Founder’s Day on 29th Sept,2018. The function was held at Shri Shankarlal Hall ,Modern School, Barakhamba . The Chief Guest for the evening was Dr Harsh Vardhan ,Honorable Minister of Environment, Forest and Climate Change , Government of India. The show was witnessed by Former President Board of Trustees ,Shri Ashok Pratap Singh , Mr Vivek Sharma , Chairman ,Raghubir Singh Junior Modern School, members of the Board of Trustees and Managing Committee ,other distinguished guests, parents and grandparents. The Headmistress ,Ms Manju Rajput presented a memento to the Chief Guest, Dr Harsh Vardhan as a token of appreciation. In her address to the august gathering she inspired and motivated her staff and students. The Chief Guest in his address congratulated the school staff and students for laying emphasis on hygiene and healthy living. The students from classes P4 and P5 presented an adaptation of poet laureate of India , Shri Ramdhari Singh Dinkar’s hindi epic, Rashmirathi. The show was planned, conceived and brought together by the in house talented team of RSJMS staff under the able guidance of the Headmistress, Ms Manju Rajput.

Teacher’s Day Celebration

Teacher’s Day Celebration

Teachers’ Day was celebrated on 5th September, 2018 with a special programme planned and presented by the PTA members of the school. The Headmistress Ms. Manju Rajput addressed the parents and teachers on the occasion, highlighting the important role that parents and teachers play in moulding and grooming the future generation. As a tribute to the teaching fraternity, the PTA members presented a comedy play ‘Staff Room’, which received great applause and appreciation. Besides, a game of musical Tambola was played, followed by a song sung by PTA members. At the close, Ms. Manju Rajput addressed and appreciated the incredible effort and engagement of the PTA members which was followed by lunch.
